Mollie Farnham-Stratton (she/her) is a clinical social worker with many years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and their families in a variety of settings. Mollie believes authentic connection and care are vital in creating a healing context for people to become their own best therapists in their lives. Mollie works with each client to find their inner resources and motivation, and to partner with them to provide supportive guidance using evidence-based therapy practices. These include motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies.
Outside of work, Mollie spends time with her family outdoors gardening, hiking, swimming or gathering community around meals and campfires. An avid outdoorswoman, Mollie enjoys time in nature whatever the form.
Areas of Expertise: Mollie specializes in supporting people suffering from symptoms of stress and trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as mood and behavioral disorders, especially through the adolescent years.
