Harm Reduction for Cannabis Group

Online Group

Learn how to: gain control, reduce harm, and achieve goals surrounding cannabis use within a supportive group environment

*Your goals are your own, abstinence not required

Developing a healthy relationship with cannabis use is tricky! Given the recent legalization of recreational cannabis, along with the growth of local dispensaries, access is easier and more convenient than ever. There is also a common struggle to get accurate information about the potential benefits and harms that cannabis may have on us. Is there a specific frequency or amount of cannabis use that is safe? When does my use cross the line into excessive or harmful? Is it even possible to be “addicted” to or dependent on cannabis? Are certain methods of use better or worse for me? Can I get a handle on my use without giving up cannabis entirely?

These are all questions that this group will work to answer and discuss in flexible, open, and nonjudgmental ways. You will have the chance to explore your own use and develop and work towards goals that you set for yourself. Importantly, you will get to connect with others who are experiencing very similar questions and difficulties.

Who is this group for?

This virtual group is open to adults ages 18+ years. Abstinence not required
