Our Commitment To Our Eachother
At MindWell, we are passionate about helping our clients, creating healthier communities, and dismantling barriers to quality mental health care. We also know that this work can, at times, be hard, and we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment. We value diversity and belonging and make every effort to tailor your workspace, schedule, caseload and areas of interest to your needs. We value work-life balance, and this is evident in the flexibility and support we provide around the demands of being a parent or caregiver when unexpected life events occur.

We offer a comprehensive benefits program. 85% of our staff pay nothing out of their paycheck for their healthcare, MindWell pays for it all.
“I have seen in action how MindWell has genuinely been accommodating of the health, parenting, personal and family needs that staff might have (as well as clinical and cultural considerations that may present themselves in the work that we do). I think this is an attractive strength of our organization”
