Miranda Bianchi, LMSW

Miranda Bianchi is a compassionate and dedicated social worker who holds a Master of Social Work from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Oswego University. Their unique background supports their creative, relational approach to therapy. Rooted in anti-oppressive values, they strive to provide a safe, affirming space where all identities and experiences are honored.
Miranda is experienced in helping clients navigate ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, depression, and the joys and challenges of emerging adulthood and identity exploration. They are especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and working with parents of neurodivergent youth. Miranda has worked with children for over a decade, including many years of experience in public schools. They are well-versed in navigating the educational system to best support clients and their caregivers.
Miranda takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems therapy, and expressive arts therapy. Additionally, they enjoy running therapeutic tabletop role-playing games, providing a creative outlet for self-expression, exploration, and social-emotional learning.
Outside of work, they love Greek mythology, Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with their two mischievous cats.
