Kristiana (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of New York. Kristiana supports individual children, adults, couples, and families in addressing concerns related to anxiety, depression, marital and family conflict, infidelity, and life transitions. She embraces a warm, collaborative, and human-centered therapeutic approach with clients, drawing from Family Systems, Emotionally-Focused, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy models and mindfulness-based practices to equip clients with tools that support their growth. Trained in Level 1 & Level 2 Training of the Gottman Couples Therapy Method, Kristiana utilizes evidence-based interventions to guide partners in better managing conflict, developing stronger communication skills, expanding their capacity for emotional attunement, and experiencing more authentic connection. In non-directive play therapy, Kristiana creates a safe space for children to heal from difficult experiences, navigate family transitions, build emotional regulation, and grow their self-esteem.
