Kaitlyn (she/they) is a deeply committed trauma-informed therapist who aims to foster a compassionate and safe container for healing. Their approach to treatment is warm, collaborative, and supportive, emphasizing each individual’s innate wisdom, resiliency, and strengths. Kaitlyn hopes to serve as a gentle guide to support individuals in transforming stories of adversity and pain into empowerment and healing. They draw from a wide range of evidence-based modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Kaitlyn integrates mindfulness, somatics, and creative arts expression for a holistic approach to treatment. They are a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming clinician who is passionate about encouraging authenticity and honoring diverse lived experiences. Outside of the office, Kaitlyn enjoys reading, herbalism, gardening, hiking, and spending time with their two cat children.
